The Opportunity:
At Newcastle Anglican, we're seeking an experienced leader to drive growth and transformation across our Allied Health services while maintaining our commitment to high-quality care.
Role & Responsibilities: â¯
- Lead our multi-disciplinary Allied Health team and develop a commercial 2-year growth strategy
- Expand clinical services across regions and identify new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with Finance on optimal funding models to increase profitability
- Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and negotiate with suppliers
- Implement process improvements to enhance client experience and team efficiency
About you:
- Proven commercial leadership experience in Healthcare, Aged Care or Social Services
- Strong business acumen with track record of meeting growth targets
- Ability to translate financial data into strategic business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Management, Business or related field
